Please note most Portal services will require you to create an account via the "Log In" button.
Only Banquet Permits, Household Moves, and Public Records Requests can be made without logging in. If you are logged in, you may get an error if you attempt to submit these applications.
In order to log in, you will need to have a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account. Many businesses and licensees already have a SAW account. If you have problems setting up your account or with SAW's single sign-on, please contact WaTech at (360) 586-1000 or Support@watech.wa.gov.
Please do not use the links at the bottom of the Portal home page. Use the menu from the three lines at the top of the page to select your application.

These guides show specific tasks and workflow for some Portal processes. Most Portal processes will be easy to follow without a guide. If you have trouble with anything, call our Customer Service line Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at (360) 664-1776.
UBI Information - 16 Digits
When you are asked for a 16-digit UBI, what you need to enter is a combination (in this order) of your:
- UBI#
- Business ID#
- Location ID#
These three items added together total 16 digits.
If you need to find your information, it is on the Dept. of Revenue’s website, under your business account.
