Portal Resources

Note: Most services require you to create a Portal account. Begin by choosing "First-Time User."

Banquet Permits and Household Moves can be applied for without setting up an account and logging in. All other services require an LCB Portal account.

Set up a Portal account: You first need a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account.  Many businesses and licensees already have a SAW account. If you have problems with SAW please contact WaTech at (360) 586-1000 or Support@watech.wa.gov

  • Please note: The "First Time User" "No and Not Sure" links are not working. Please set up your SAW account at SecureAccess.wa.gov then return to the LCB Portal and choose "Yes.
  • Use your SAW username and your email address to set up your LCB Portal account.

UBI Information - 16 Digits

When you are asked for a 16-digit UBI, what you need to enter is a combination (in this order) of your:

  • UBI#
  • Business ID#
  • Location ID#

These three items added together total 16 digits.

If you need to find your information, it is on the Dept. of Revenue’s website, under your business account.
