Tax and Fee Systems Replacement Project

In 2027, LCB will be replacing our more than 20-year-old tax and fee systems with a modern, all-in-one solution called Tax & Fee System (or T&F). Currently, we have three separate systems, spreadsheets, and a lot of manual work to manage taxes and fees for beer, wine, liquor, and cannabis. These tools don’t connect well with each other, making this work slower and more complicated.

The new system will combine all these processes, making things easier for both staff and licensees.

Timeline
