LCB is currently not adding new third party integrators to CCRS as we transition to WA.gov.

New integrators will be able to gain access to CCRS in the fall when the transition is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A third-party integrator is a vendor that provides a point-of-sale or other similar application that uploads the cannabis licensee's transaction information to CCRS.

In order to grant access to the CCRS PREproduction environment for uploading system development to integrators not already working with a licensee, additional steps will be required after you complete your application.

The following list represents the private third-party software entities who have been vetted for CCRS access.

Vetting does not cover software viability or operability.

Third-party integrators are reviewed to determine whether the entity:

  • Is a legally registered business
  • Has a business need to have access to CCRS in reporting on behalf of a licensee
  • Is working with licensees for whom they would report on behalf of

A reminder that if a third-party integrator provides CCRS reporting services for licensees, the licensee remains responsible for the content reported.
