Cooperative Reporting

Cooperatives may choose to use the existing reporting form below.

Reporting requirements and expectations for cooperatives remain unchanged.
Cooperatives must submit monthly activity report(s) to LCB.
WAC 314-55-415 outlines the reporting standards.

In meeting the monthly reporting requirements, cooperatives may choose to use the CCRS reports that have been built. If choosing this option cooperatives complete the following reports:
