The following Providers have been certified to provide Mandatory Alcohol Server Training and issue Class 12 or Class 13 permits.
These third-party, private course providers operate independently from LCB. You leave the LCB’s website once you click on a provider’s website link.
- Please make sure to keep the course provider’s contact information.
You will need to contact your course provider directly if you encounter any problems while taking the course, or if you do not receive your permit within 30 days of course completion. The provider can also replace your lost permit, process a change in name or gender, or upgrade a Class 13 to a Class 12 permit.
