This page provides updates on the status of the LCB's service portal. Our goal is to minimize service disruptions. For general Portal instructions and information check our Portal Resources webpage.

Unplanned System Issues

We are aware of several issues with accessing services on the new Portal. Please use Chrome as your browser. If you still have problems, please contact our Service Desk at 360-664-1776. We appreciate your patience.

  • You can sign up to get automatic emails about important Portal news in the future.

Special Occasion Licenses

We are working to fix problems with the application process for Special Occasions.

If your event is:

  • Before April 30 - Please call us at 360-664-1600.
  • After May 1 - Please wait to apply. Our system should be able to process your event soon.

On the Portal homepage: do NOT use the links at the bottom of the Portal home page. Please use the top menu (the bars to the left of the LCB logo) for those tasks.


Applying for a license or other services?

On the Portal homepage: do NOT use the links at the bottom of the Portal home page.

You must first set up a Portal account. Please hit the Log In button at the top right of the Portal home page and follow the instructions to register your LCB Portal account. After creating your account, go back to the Portal homepage and click Log In to view and apply for all licenses, permits, and other services.
