Engrossed 2nd Substitute House Bill 1480 (E2SHB 1480) which took effect on April 14, 2021, provides legislative authorization extending certain temporary privileges that the WSLCB granted to liquor licensees to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Included are Temporary Endorsements for “To-Go” Alcohol Sales.
The temporary alcohol to-go endorsements:
- Allow certain licensees to engage in curbside, takeout, or delivery sales of cocktails and wine by the glass, growlers, and other alcohol products.
- Expire July 1, 2023.

Require no fee for licensees to obtain the endorsements.
