Site Map Guidelines
A site map of where expanded alcohol services are being requested is required for every application.
Local Authority Operating Plan Template
An operating plan that addresses the safe operation of activities must be submitted by the local government, campus operator, or designee.
Joint Operating Plan Template
A joint operating plan with details about all participating licensees in an approved expanded alcohol service area must be submitted by a primary liquor licensee.
