A site map of the jurisdiction where you are requesting expanded alcohol services is required for every application.
Local Authority Operating Plan Template
A local authority operating plan with details addressing safe operations of activities and the community must be submitted by the local government, campus operator, or primary LCB liquor licensee.
Joint Operating Plan Template
A joint operating plan with details addressing all participating licensees in an approved expanded alcohol service area must be submitted by a primary LCB liquor licensee.
