Language Access (English)
The Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) wants to help anyone seeking to access our services in their preferred language.
To ensure you get the services you need, we will arrange for interpreters to help us communicate with you so we can communicate effectively and ensure mutual understanding.
Translating LCB Website Content
There are two easy ways to help access LCB services in a language other than English:
-
The LCB uses Google Translate to translate written text that exists on our website. This quick option allows website users to copy and paste website text into any language.
-
Korean and Spanish are the two most common languages for which LCB staff receive requests for assistance. The LCB has Spanish- and Korean-speaking staff who can speak with you and help you access services.
To request personal assistance, please send an email to Communications@lcb.wa.gov. Please tell us the language you seek assistance with and a phone number where LCB staff can reach you, and if there is a preferred time of day for us to call you.
Please note that LCB’s Spanish- and Korean-speaking staff are only available Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. They are not available on weekends or state holidays. Please allow up to two business days for a staff member to follow up with you.
Thank you for visiting the LCB website. We look forward to communicating with you.
