The Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) enforces tobacco regulations and tax laws with product retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, and investigates and stops illegal acquisition and shipments of tobacco products by anyone not licensed to sell them.
Keeping tobacco out of the hands of those under 21 years of age is another focus of LCB’s cigarette and other tobacco and vapor product efforts.
