Sole Source Contract Announcements
Under state law (RCW 39.26.140(1)), agencies are required to make sole source contracts available for public inspection for a period of not less than 10 working days prior to the intended contract start date. Agencies are required to post instructions on how to obtain a copy of sole source contracts. Therefore, the WSLCB makes the below listed sole source contracts available for public inspection.

Emergency Purchase
RCW 39.26.130(2) requires that within three business days of commencing work or executing the emergency contract, whichever comes first, the WSLCB must make the emergency contract available for public inspection. Therefore, the WSLCB makes the below listed Emergency Contracts available for public inspection.
