Co-Ops may choose to use the existing reporting form below.

Reporting requirements and expectations for Co-Ops remain unchanged.
Cooperatives must submit monthly activity report(s) to LCB.
WAC 314-55-415 outlines the reporting standards.

In meeting the monthly reporting requirements, Co-Ops may choose to use the CCRS reports that have been built. If choosing this option Co-Ops complete the following reports:
