International Cannabis Policy Study

The International Cannabis Policy Study (ICPS) is an annual, international survey designed to examine trends in cannabis policy and public health impacts. LCB has partnered with principal investigator Dr. David Hammond and researchers at the University of Waterloo to support their research and obtain data on a representative sample of Washington’s population.
