LCB: Substitute Senate Bill (SSB) 5448 - Comprehensive Alcohol Delivery Policy Recommendations
As directed by the legislature through SSB 5448, the LCB recently submitted Comprehensive Alcohol Delivery Policy Recommendations to the Governor’s office and legislative committees. The foundation of the recommendations were based on identification of best practices in youth access compliance, accountability, and training.
