Once the WSLCB receives your application from DOR’s Business Licensing Service, a cannabis license investigator will contact you to verify the application information, ask specifics pertaining to your proposed business, and answer any questions you may have about the application process.
At the conclusion of your interview your cannabis licensing investigator will send you an email through DocuSign™ with electronic copies of required forms for your completion. This email will also outline the documents you will need to submit. If you experience problems using DocuSign™, please read over the Frequently Asked Questions.
The list of documents the WSLCB needs to process your application may include but is not limited to:
- Operating Plans
- Floor Plans
- Personal/criminal history statement
- Fingerprint cards
- Copy of approved identification
- Business Structure forms
- Lease information
- Purchase agreements
- Financial/Source of funds statement
- Copy of bank statements and/or tax returns
- Affidavits
