The LCB is offering three services to the public using a new web-based portal accessed via this website.
The portal’s first services are Banquet Permits, Public Records Requests, and Household Move Permits. This is an important step in moving from the agency’s old platforms to a single, modern system. While we do not anticipate any noticeable slowdowns, staff will be learning to use new technology and we appreciate your patience during the coming weeks.
In early 2024, the portal will expand to offer the majority of agency services to the public and licensees. The goal of these changes is to provide an efficient, user-friendly experience to those who use the LCB's services.
