Listing Wine and Craft Beer

In order for a beer or wine to be considered for listing by the WSLCB, the following is required:

  1. A fully completed Standard Quotation Form
  2. Product notes, accolades or sell sheets
  3. Sample of product (optional, see limits below)

Product Decisions
Samples received will be blind tasted by the WSLCB’s Wine (and Beer) Advisory Committee. Committee meetings are scheduled monthly or as needed based on submissions. Final decisions will be made by the Board at a regularly scheduled Board meeting. Suppliers will receive written notification of the listing decision via e-mail.

WSLCB staff considers the tasting results, as well as performance and trend of the brand and category, and need for products in the category and price-point, and makes recommendations to the Board. Products may be recommended for a regular listing, or for a seasonal one-time-only (OTO) purchase of a fixed number of cases.

Samples
If you wish to submit samples, no more than a total of 3 liters of wine or beer can be accepted (any combination of sizes totaling 3 liters). If product is available only in a size larger than 3 liters, one sample size larger than 3 liters may be submitted.

All required listing materials should be sent to:
