Product re-testing requires approval for re-testing. Not all product tests are eligible for re-test.

The following information provides detail on what tests are approved for re-test and the process for gaining the needed approval.
Approval must be received in advance, with the licensee in receipt of the LCB communication authorizing a re-test before scheduling with a certified lab for the re-testing.

Allowable for Retest Detail

Process:
E-mail MJExaminer@lcb.wa.gov requesting QA retest. Attach the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA). Include the following information in the e-mail:

1. Trade name
2. License Number
3. Inventory ID Number
4. What is the specific nature of the retest request?
5. What test(s) does the licensee wish to have retested?
