Training for Licensees on Leaf Data Systems

To help our licensees learn how to use the new traceability system, WSLCB is working in conjunction with Leaf Data Systems vendor MJ Freeway to provide a variety of training materials. Recorded webinars on how to use Leaf Data Systems, perform specific tasks and functions within the system, along with accompanying handouts can be found below.

Please visit this page frequently to check for updated materials.

Leaf Data Systems Training Environment
The Leaf Data Systems training sandbox is  available to you for familiarizing yourself with the new traceability system. In order to access the training environment, you need to have attended one of the in-person overview sessions in October, or watched the introductory webinars on Leaf, located below.  If you attended a live overview session or have already viewed the training webinars, you have been added to the Leaf Data Systems training environment. If you haven’t watched the overview webinars on our website, please do so to gain access to the sandbox.

An important step you need to take to access the training environment is to have a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account. SAW is a single sign-on application gateway used by the state of Washington to simplify access to internet-accessible government services. SAW works like a key to your office building.

To connect to the training environment using SAW, follow these directions. If you do not have a SAW account, create one here

Note: be sure to use the email address you provided when you attended the overview training or viewed the overview webinars online.

Leaf Data Systems User Manual
You can now review the User ManualAddendum A (Licensee User), and Addendum B (Licensee User) for the new traceability system.
