Using a “Social Norms Campaign” to Encourage Positive Behavior
Did you know that most high school students in Washington State do not drink? In fact, according to the 2008 Washington Healthy Youth Survey, 68 percent of 10th graders and 59 percent of 12th graders said they did not have a drink in the previous month. The belief that “Everyone is doing it” just doesn’t hold up. So what can we do with this knowledge?
