Governor Inslee announced substantial changes to the state’s reopening plan. Given the reduced level of COVID-19 activity in the state and the significant, and increasing, number of vaccinated individuals in our state, all counties moved to Phase 3 as of May 18, 2021. To keep updated on current guidance and restrictions, visit the state's Coronavirus.wa.gov website.
New guidance on masks, distancing, and vaccinations has been developed for employers and worksites.

Temporary Allowances and FAQs
These pages provide updated resources and information for licensees and the public during the COVID-19 state restrictions.
As the situation changes, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) continues working on steps to help licensees during this period of business COVID-19 restrictions. We continue to make business allowances that also help provide safe conditions for your customers.
To access the allowances and FAQs for your industry sector, please see the menu to the left of this page.
Please note that LCB does not have authority to change state laws. The allowances we've been able to offer are temporary ways to help licensees during the hardships posed by COVID-19. Please email Communications@lcb.wa.gov with any questions.
Expiration of Allowances
Under Gov. Inslee's Healthy Washington -- Roadmap to Recovery, the expiration for each allowance will be in place until further notice. The LCB will post updates on its website.
